Open Adoption Education Sessions

Jennie Painter, MSW, the founder of ARCS,  is now focusing on educating birthparents and adoptive parents on the intricacies of open adoption relationships.

A private adoption licensee for 35 years, she is offering a series of one on one conversations with her on various aspects of open adoption. 

Open adoption is a kind of family formation. The ARCS' Open Adoption Education session teaches adoptive parents and birth parents how to build and maintain an extended family open adoption relationship. These session will focus on:

Answering your questions about open adoption relationships,

Are you ready for such a relationship,

How to build a relationship that lasts,

How to cope with the relationship challenges that may occur in an open adoption.
